All the staff I dealt with very helpful and went over and above for service. Very clean hotel too. Rooms were soundproof too which is important as have sports competition the following day so needed good sleep. Could not fault my stay in any way. Plenty of parking too.

I love the location and how accessible it was to local amenities. All staff were brilliant but especially Aliston and Khadeja (apologies if spelling wrong), both were first class in terms of customer care and went above and beyond to help me with changing to a more suitable room. There was also a very helpful Asian gentleman working in the bar (sorry i didn't get his name) and tho it was the end of his shift and late at night, he carried some bottles of water to my room for me that my daughter desperately needed due to her high glucose levels and she needed it to be cold. I am sure that gentleman just wanted to finish his shift but he was super helpful to me as I was unable to carry the bottles myself.
