Scott “Modern convenient ground floor liveing close to town”

This is an excellent modern ground floor flat only a short walk from the centre of Reading. It has everything you need - kitchen, washing machine, two TVs (one in the bedroom), no stairs, huge fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a private offstreet carpark, and even a wall mounted electric toothbrush charger (the first I've ever seen). Access was via a door code which means you never have to wonder who has the key. The bed is particularly comfortable - which we appreciated after a 24hr flight from Australia. We'd stay here again for sure.

It was a pleasure to stay in this apartment, it is quite small but it is all separate, the kitchen, the bedroom, the heating is very good, the bed is good, the shower is good, I will definitely stay again! Close to the market and shops! Great location

The property was clean and well decorated. There were lots of small details in the decor and facilities that we appreciated. All the appliances worked well and seemed new. The duvet and blankets provided were very cozy.

Located within walking distance of town centre. Bus on street outside takes you to town with a couple of stops or directly to Asda in opposite direction. All facilities provided. Double glazing keeps street noise at acceptable level. Parking bay provided.
