I always find the place very cosy and welcome. The studio was fresh and clean. The outstanding view of the mountain is very beautiful and relaxing. Pets allowed 💯

Spacious room with plenty of natural light, quiet, with mountain view, good heating (ambience and water). Mattress a bit uncomfortable. Polite personnel. Nice kitchenette inside but minimum supplies. Unstable internet, spa jacuzzi out of order. Not far from Bansko center.

I had a wonderful 2-day stay at this hotel! The room was clean and spacious, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The spa facilities were a great addition and well-maintained. The breakfast was also excellent.
