The host was very friendly, helpful and happy to help with any questions before and during our stay. The house was beautifully kept, clean and felt like a home away from home. All facilities you could need were available in the house, including a barbecue in the garden which we made use of one of the nights during our stay. The garden was also a great size with lots space and seating - great for a summers day / evening! The location is great. We had a walk around Rawtenstall and found it to be a really lovely town with numerous amenities such as local pubs, restaurants, shops along with beautiful places to walk. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would not think twice about staying here again!

Lovely location big back garden barbecue and pizza oven had relatives come for a barbecue lots of room and seats for everybody

Amazing bedding , comfortable furnishings, beautiful home from home . It smelt beautiful , exceptionally clean. Views Of woods and moors . Warm. Great sociable garden space . Having two sitting rooms was great for a family . And to come home to warmth and comfort after our many woodland / moorland walks was fabulous . I can’t wait to return xx

Immaculate with all modern facilities. Beautiful location near ramsbottom. Great for visiting Manchester or the Dales
