Lovely property, with very friendly and welcoming staff, particularly Julia, the owner. Breakfast was typically Italian, with a good selection on offer, and freshly prepared coffee's and teas. The apartment was comfortable, with great eclectic decor, good shower and a comfy bed. Great location about 5 mins from the historic centre of Ravenna, and 7 mins to the railway station. Good place to stay when visiting the city and the surrounding area.

We felt like royalty in this beautiful and uniquely designed suite. Every detail was carefully thought out — from the spacious, comfortable bed to the convenient little kitchen. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was lovely, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. A truly special and relaxing stay!🩷

Our stay at Martin's Residence de Luxe in Ravenna was truly a 10 out of 10 experience! The apartment was full of character, charm, and comfort — absolutely perfect for a couple of days before starting our cruise. Iulia, the host, was amazing! Her warm hospitality, attention to every detail, and excellent communication both before and during our stay made all the difference. She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. And the breakfast — simply the best! Thoughtfully prepared and delicious, it was the perfect way to start each day. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended

A great hotel in center of Ravenna. Friendly staff. The rooms felt like living in a castle! Breakfast was lavish.
