The location was excellent, with easy access to restaurants and sightseeing (in particular, the mosaics), and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had the junior suite with the frescos, which was very lovely, and the room was spacious.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. The hotel is charming, quiet and perfectly located. Excellent restaurant and great al fresco dining. Real style.

the hotel is lovely and perfectly situated to do the various sites and sights on foot. It has a good restaurant and lots around as well including in the Covered Market. also it has a lift to the upper floors. one to go back to.

Great central location. The restaurant was excellent. The staff were very helpful when we had to rearrange travel due to a train strike while we were in Ravenna.
