Everything was above our expectations. The island is very small and without roads, and to get to the villa, the staff picked us up with the boat at Rava. The location is perfect, secluded and quiet, but you can still walk around the island and get to Vela and Mala Rava if you want. The sea is amazing, and the villa is right by the sea. There is a private beach, and we could use kayaks and SUPs whenever we wanted, which was perfect for exploring the bay and the island. We saw dolphins several times around the island and were told they often travel around there. The design of the villa is beautiful, the rooms were great and comfortable, and the restaurant is excellent. We had breakfast, lunch, and dinner there every day and enjoyed each meal - both fish and meat were delicious with very reasonable prices for the quality and location. What we liked the most were the owner and the staff – relaxed, approachable, and always ready to help or simply have a friendly conversation. One of the staff was teaching himself to play the violin, so we even had a short live performance. We truly felt at home. And, as a special touch, the three small dogs that “guard” the beach and boats, always happy for a bit of attention, together with the beautiful parrot swinging on her swing, made the whole experience even more memorable. I hope we will return!

This place felt like a magical small paradise away from mass tourism. Located on a tiny island (with only one grocerie store for example) this holiday felt like coming home to family. Everybody was welcoming and heart warmingly nice. The food was delicious and the rooms offered everything one could need. We read online that the prices for food were rather high but honestly: considering the quality and the way the food had to travel (groceries are coming from the main land and have to be brought by ferry) it was very reasonable. Also the furniture in the rooms was fitting exactly to the vibe of the whole villa and stay in general. The AC helped cool down the room a bit but was not always neccessary at all (35 degrees outside but the building is isolated nicely) The staff is AMAZING and made us feel like home (but better) Also the beach and the swimming area, everything is clean and we have never seen water that clear blue and calm in our years of travelling. We will definitely come back here and would by our heart suggest you put this place on your bucket list!
