The apartment is located on the edge of Rauris and the area is really calm and quiet with stunning views from all the windows. The appartment is really beautiful, it is a combination of rural and modern style, the kitchen and living room are spacious (beware of the lamp over the table, it hurts :)), both rooms are comfy and the bathroom (and the bath in particular) is amazing. You can even use a stove in the kitchen or a fireplace in the garden. When the weather is warmer, you can spend your time outside on the terrace as there are a lot of armchairs and sunbeds. Hochalmbahn lift is approx. 30 secs by car.

We loved the cosy appartment and felt at home as soon as we arrived. The view from the panorama window was wonderful, the bed was comfy and we really enjoyed our stay.

Honestly, the property exceeded my expectations, basically like a dream house 🏠 location is perfect. The property has everything you need and a wonderful view from each part of the property. A quite place in the middle of nature, and I look forward to coming back again
