The staff was amazing and kind, the room itself was really clean and well maintained, breakfast was amazing, had a lot of options to choose from, many vegetarian options, great coffee and food overall, The shared kitchen was really clean and useful to us, Had amazing views of the dolomites and great location from all the famous trails, will definitely come back to Frida am Wald!!

Very good value for money. Excellently run family hotel. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. Underground garage for the car which is great and very important especially in winter conditions when it is cold and snowing. Everything is very nicely decorated and comfortable. I would especially like to praise the wellness area, wonderful saunas, relaxation area and swimming pool. Very neat, fragrant and comfortable. Breakfast is also wonderful. Homemade hummus, kombucha, freshly prepared eggs and cookies which are delicious. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel

Cozy, peaceful, warm...Room was spasious for us and two kids. Pool is fantastic and Spa has everything you need. Everything is very clean and they taking care of every little thing. We had a fantastic time at Frida hotel. We came during Christmas holiday so our host helped us to find open restaurants for dinner.

We loved absolutely everything. We were warmly welcomed by Stefan upon check-in. We then went up to our room and were impressed, as it was spacious, well-designed, organized, clean, comfortable, and had a balcony with a splendid view! The bathroom was also large, beautiful, organized, and clean, with plenty of towels and wonderfully scented shampoo and soap (unfortunately, we couldn't bring any home due to lack of space in our suitcase, but it would make a lovely souvenir of Frida). The beds were also always clean, organized, and very comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous. We were treated incredibly well by Franco and the rest of the hotel staff. All the recommendations we received were also incredibly helpful. We left Frida with the impression that nothing else in our next seven days of travel would surpass what we experienced there.
