We had a wonderful 3-night stay in a peaceful, picturesque location on the first floor of the guesthouse, with a beautiful view from the window. The property is ideally located for visiting Plitvice Lakes, just about 1 km from Entrance 1, allowing you to walk to the park and avoid the €2/hour parking fee. The room is clean, spacious, and decorated in a rustic style. The lighting is pleasant. The bed is very comfortable, with a memory foam mattress. The bed linens and towels were spotless and soft to the touch. The bathroom is clean, with a shower and a generous supply of toiletries. The room includes a mini fridge, electric kettle, and complimentary tea, coffee, and sugar provided by the host. Breakfast was very good — generous, varied, and satisfying. The pictures on the website accurately reflect the real experience. Very good Wi-Fi connection. The guesthouse offers private parking spaces for all rooms on the property. Sandra, the host, is communicative, welcoming, and extremely helpful with local tips and information. Check-in was quick and easy. We truly enjoyed our stay at House Flora and highly recommend it.

Spotlessly clean, very comfortable and charming. Breakfast available from 6.30am so you can eat before going to the national park even if you have 7am entry. Location is a 10min stroll from the park entrance 1, so perfect if you do not have a car.
