Everything,especially the fact that all the facilities(pools,saunas,jacuzzi) are open no matter the number of clients or the weather outside.Very helpful staff,with desire to customize the experience for every guest.

We like everything at Carpentiere Arena💚 I want to start at the beginning, everything is luxury, the cleanliness, the rooms, the staff, the food, the pool, the jacuzzi... everything was WoW👌, I definitely recommend this location to everyone🤩

Beautiful location near mountains and forest. Is very close to Paltinis Ski area (just 10 minutes), comfortable rooms, great food and very kind stuff. We also like the SPA area for relaxing after ski. We will come back certainly :)

Excellent location, very nice staff, everything looks new and high quality, both in the room and around the property. We didn't bring in swim wear so we were jealous on the guys that used the heated pool and saunas. As a recommendation, since the location close to the ski slopes, a locker room for skis and heater for ski boots would come handy. Still, the staff was so kind to take care of my ski boots and keep them warm overnight. Again, great staff, great place.
