Rooms Size & Comfort: The room was spacious, providing a comfortable environment throughout the stay. Bed Quality: The bed was very comfortable, allowing for restful sleep. Cleanliness: The overall cleanliness of the room was well maintained. The housekeeping service ensured the room stayed tidy. Service: The staff interaction was reasonably good, and the concierge showed a notable level of care and attention, which added value to the experience.

Waldorf Astoria was the best staycation I had in RAK. The hospitality, attention to detail and quality of service is top. From the time I checked-in, every experience was great! The breakfast is amazing, the variety of food is very good. Caters to different people and tastes. The restaurant options within Waldorf are also great. Especially the steakhouse on the ground floor. (just super) The rooms were spacious, well-kept and frequently serviced by their room service team. The staff went above and beyond to provide us with everything and truly made our day.

The hotel is very spacious as was our Queen Deluxe Room. Didn't feel over crowded. Everyone in all sections were polite and helpful. Lexington restaurant was fabulous, staff very efficient. Wonderful service at the Sunset pool bar. My belated birthday celebration was fantastic at this hotel.
