Please note that all guests are required to present a valid ID upon check-in, in compliance with UAE law. Original passport, UAE Emirates ID, GCC ID’s are accepted.

The credit card must be in the name of one of the passengers travelling and the same card must be carried for verification upon check-in at the resort.
Alternatively, if the passenger travelling is not the cardholder, or if for any reason, the credit card used for the booking cannot be produced at check in, the passenger may pay in cash or with alternate credit card, failing which the resort has the rights to cancel or reject the booking.
Please note that for bookings required a full payment, a secure link will be sent by the hotel reservations team for credit card payments. Visa, Amex and Mastercard payments are accepted through the secure link. Bookings may be cancelled in case of non-payments.
Additional charges will be applied for certain premium alcoholic beverages.
All Inclusive accommodation is free for the 1st child up to 12 years and free for the 2nd Child up to 6 years old, 2nd child From 7 to 12 years will be charged AED 150 per night.Reservation Terms & Conditions for our A La Carte Restaurant:

- The dress code in all a la carte restaurants is Smart Casual. Gentlemen are requested to wear full-length trousers, elegant jeans or tailored shorts and closed shoes. Slippers or Sandals are not allowed in our a la carte restaurants.

Rixos Ras Al Khaimah is a very nice hotel, especially for families with kids. The place is clean and well maintained, and we enjoyed a beautiful sea view from our room. The staff are friendly and quick to respond to any requests, which made our stay comfortable. The only point is that the food was better in other Rixos hotels I’ve tried in the past, but overall it was still a pleasant experience.

The staff (receptionists and helpers), the room, the beach, the free upgrade, unlimited food n drinks (the omlettes were amazing), the location to the beach, the entertainment, Orient and Toro Loco were fantastic Shout out to Sumit (housekeeping, cleared out the ants and made a towel swan and put rose petals on the bed), Ryan(Orient waiter, very hospitable, attentive and helpful), Manikho (Turquois waiter, very friendly, helpful, got all our drinks and kept everything clean)
