A very lovely place for a short family staycation. Nice lobby interior and lots of greenery. Easy access everywhere. Very clean and new in comparison to other hotels around. Our room was upgraded for a fair rate. Breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant was very good, decent quality and nice variety with pleasant ambience. The pool is kid friendly with shallow water. The beach is ok, the water seems to be clean. They have a nice playground in the water and my elder kids enjoyed it very much. The room was clean, a bit small but everything you needed was inside. Very comfortable to sleep and rest. Kids received cool water guns upon check in and the hotel provided chocolate candies, fruits and juices inside the room for snack. Kids club is there for all ages, we tried one for small kids and it seemed good. They also called to apologize for taking a bit longer to check in, which was nice from their side. Our friends forgot their belongings in the room and the hotel called us pretty fast so we can return and pick it up, thank you for that!

The whole stay was outstanding! From the very first check-in experience with the receptionist Arvind and the free room upgrade, all the way to the external venues like Ula beach club (shout-out to Adel the staff for the exceptional service as well). The hotel staff also regularly checks up on your satisfaction during the stay, whether by calling the room or i person.

The fact that you have different accessible facilities for every age group really impressed us. Families with toddlers and teenagers could easily get entertained throughout the stay. Perfect Family Resort.
