I had a wonderful experience at Mangrove Hotel, and I would especially like to commend the exceptional service provided by the reception team, particularly Yousra and Harish. Yousra was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive from the moment I arrived. She handled all my requests with a warm smile and ensured that the check-in process was smooth and efficient. Her friendly attitude truly made me feel valued as a guest. Harish was equally impressive with his professionalism and dedication. He was always ready to assist with any inquiries and went the extra mile to make sure my stay was comfortable. His courteous manner and prompt support made a noticeable difference throughout my visit. Both Yousra and Harish represent the true spirit of hospitality and are great assets to Mangrove Hotel. Thanks to their outstanding service, my stay was pleasant and memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again.
