Staff friendly and kind ,, about the entertainment swimming pool and waterpark kids club and others they enjoy a lot and breakfast and dinner too all awesome our room too spacious more big ,,and they give me surprise for my birthday 🎂 they arrange in the bed and giving cake 🎂 all excellent

Blessing and Gentleman(host) at breakfast and dinner were so welcoming, friendly, professional. Breakfast and Dinner options were great and DELICIOUS. Lady making omelet is amazing(chinese Lady). Huge appreciation for gentleman who constantly keep Al Marjam clean and do so with a smile! Huge thank you to Anjali for the welcome!

Staffs' customer service orientation is exceptional.security officer Sameera,front desk supervisor walid and khalid was very helpful and never let us feel any shortage. Restaurant staffs Ridmi,Lovi,beach bar staff Tharanga,Eshan,Martin and Sarath were very friendly and even during the mid of noon heat they showed pleasant service with lovely smile.We really felt like that we should come again and spend some time with them and experience great hospitality.We are are looking forward to come again.
