The apartment was large and well appointed with high ceilings and many convenient amenities. There was a popular ice cream place at the corner.

access with door code was a breeze / communications beforehand was really good / location is good (shops are close-by and there is an ice cream parlour next door) / reserved parking spot for one car / apartment has all appliances / check-out was a breeze as well

There was a minor problem on arrival on arrival (Sunday evening). Owner came round and fixed it within 10 minutes and was very helpful and friendly.
