Our stay at Hotel Portofino was comfortable and generally met our expectations. Rapallo locates itself in a region that has limited hotel options due to its geography and high tourist volume, which often drives up prices for modest accommodations. In that context, this hotel felt reasonably priced compared to nearby areas like Portofino or Santa Margherita Ligure. The staff were warm and welcoming, and breakfast included good coffee—plus the location is hard to beat, just a short walk from both the train station and the city center.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Free parking in the street, great breakfast on the balcony and beautiful room with nice airconditioning. The staff where super friendly and helpfull. We did the ‘walk of kisses’, the walk from rapallo to portofino, highly recommend doing this! Super beautiful beaches and you can take the ferry back to rapallo.
