Friendly staff. Room was big and clean, and had a balcony with a nice view. The wifi was really good, best in any hotel/hostel I've stayed in on my trip so far. The restaurant downstairs had good food for breakfast and dinner. The location is good, about a ten minute walk from supermarkets and ATMs, but about twenty minutes to the centre. Aircon worked well. They let me check in late when my bus was delayed which I really appreciated.

Everything!Was not just great but perfect, from the team that work here that they were all of them super kind, smiley, helpful and of course the hotel in great area and he rooms very comfortable

Good location and nice staff. The coffee place just downstairs is certainly on of the best and most authentic in Rantepao.
