Very modern and comfortable room. Excellent shared kitchen facilities with snacks and breakfast included and beers and wine to buy as extra. Very helpful host.

The owner’s kindness and dedication have been simply amazing. Cleanliness was top notch. The patio/terrace was amazing. Delicious breakfast was served. We could use the kitchen facilities (shared with the other two rooms) We were the only room taken during our stay. So, it was very quiet. Safe neighborhood.

This property has 3 bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms with a communal kitchen. A full kitchen is available to use and it is well stocked with wines, beers and soft drinks at good value prices run as an honest bar. Coffee and tea is available too and a generous range of biscuits. All bedrooms open with an individual key card of which there is only one. Each room needs two as it is easy to get locked out of the bedroom. The kitchen has to be shared with other guests. Alphoso the owner is very friendly and helpful but communication had to be done through Google translate which worked just fine. This is a great place to stay for a Randazzo base. We enjoyed it despite the heavy rain!
