The hotel is right next to the train station but you couldn’t hear much of the train passing. The owner was very accommodating and friendly. He is very helpful as well with all our queries. The room was big enough and very clean plus the beddings are smell of fresh clean sheets. Bed was comfortable and the surrounding place is very quiet.

The hotel is only a minute's walk from the train station giving quick access to Zermatt. The bedrooms have been recently refurbished with new and comfortable beds, It is good value and we had a very pleasant cheese fondue for dinner. Despite the proximity to the station, there is no noise from trains (which travel quite slowly through Randa). It is well positioned for local mountain hikes in the summer time.

The hotel has a charming, cozy atmosphere that feels like a traditional, simple place rather than a large, impersonal chain hotel. The room was spotless, and the mattress was extremely comfortable. The manager was incredibly accommodating, he kindly stayed an extra hour and a half late in the evening to check us in, allowing us to catch the last train from Zermatt without stress. (Which stops right in front of the hotel). We both had breakfast, which was complete, satisfying, and very good value for the price.

Convenient right next to the station & information/tourism office Staff were friendly, superb communication and would do anything for you Warm, very comfortable beds & quiet with great views from our room, shower always plentiful hot water
