Overall, my stay at Perkasa Hotel Kundasang was pleasant. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, although the building shows signs of age and could benefit from some refurbishment. The café offers a good variety of food at reasonable prices, which I appreciated. Most importantly, the staff were very helpful and attentive—always ready to assist with any requests.

The receptionist was good, housekeeping too. Friendly and efficient with a smile throughout my 4 days there.
