Basic but it has everything important in place. Clean beds and sheets. Water pressure is strong and water heater working well. Very good location. Nice view at the balcony outside the room at common area. If the weather allows you may catch a glimpse of Akinabalu.

It is located in town, directly above the Ranau Maybank branch so is easy to spot it. Easy access to shops and restaurants nearby. Despite it being in town and near the main access road, it is considered not too noisy that disturb our rest.

For a budget hotel, this place is cozy. Not as noisy I thought it would be since it is in the town center. Maybank is just downstairs, Jamal Salim and other shops are nearby too. The aircond in my room was fantastic! For the price I was paying, this is certainly a bargain! Theyve got a balcony where u can relax and smoke, u can see the mountains in the morning. They have water dispenser available in the corridor. The corridor is pretty big. Loved my short stay there.
