Joan was a fabulous host! The cottage was beautiful, quiet and comfy with a fabulous bed. The gentle sounds of the wee lambs bleating and the cows bellowing was so homely. The tea, milk etc was a lovely thought and the whole cottage was so well kitted out. It was private and secure and we had a marvellous stay. Location-wise it was perfect. Duncannon and its lovely beach was closeby and as we cycle we were convenient to the Waterford Greenway. We had secure storage for our bicycles too. We could not have asked for more.
