Loved our room. However thete was no housekeeping! The room was not cleaned. This is a hotel not a youth hostel and it was annoying. The breakfast this morning was poor and very limited choice. However we love this place. Staff are wonderful.

Great Hotel: Very friendly personal, cozy and big room, comfortable bed, near the center and the Pier of Ramsgate, small but good breakfast. Great view from the Hotelroom over Ramsgate to the Atlantic. Any time again!

The larger room with the double bed was comfortable and roomy. The 2 bathrooms were clean and well fitted / stocked. The patio was delightful and unexpected; and the kitchen was well stocked. The staff were helpful and friendly; we were able to check in a little early and, on the day we checked out, they kept our bags for a few hours so that we could continue to explore the town without dragging our bags with us.
