Disappointing. First of all for a Hilton Grand Vacations location they have very limited reception personnel and during the night there is only one security person that was extremely rude to us, not letting our guests in although provided with all the necessary information and documents. Unit was really bit up and not clean at all. Also never cleaned in 4 days. Just left some towels at the door once. Reception was polite but not helpful at all. The location was superb and we got a really good offer.
