Gorgeous rooms, beautifully decorated, cozy, fab bed. Spa (sauna and hot tub) lovely treat after hiking, plus seaweed spa ritual with Elena. Food gorgeous at Karoline, excellent breakfast. Very peaceful place.

Most Positive Experience – A Perfect Stay! This was by far one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive, making me feel truly welcome. A special thank you to Aleksandra Drzal, who was incredibly helpful in arranging both a private boat tour and restaurant reservations—her assistance made a huge difference. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and offered a stunning view that took my breath away every morning. The breakfast was exceptional—fresh, delicious, and with plenty of variety to suit every taste. The staff at both breakfast and dinner were outstanding—friendly, professional, and made every meal feel special. One of the most memorable experiences was the private boat tour led by Svein Roar Petterson—it was absolutely amazing and a true highlight of my trip. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm, relaxing, and perfectly suited for both leisure and business. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Everything was perfect for my stay, and I can’t wait to come back again. This hotel is an absolute must-stay!

A stunning location with a rustic vibe. The resort exudes an air of peace and tranquillity from the moment of arrival. Both evening restaurants were delicious and the cafe for lunch was very pleasant, if a little too limited in choice. We undertook a number of activities including the rib boat ride, sauna experience with a dip in the Norwegian Sea and a fabulous massage. These were all superb and well worth the additional money. Some booked activities were cancelled due to the unsuitable weather, such as the Northern Lights tour and a Snowshoe walk but obviously this couldn’t be avoided. It feels a privilege to stay here, in a living museum, and the most of the staff really go out of their way to make the experience amazing. Transport to and from the airport was seamless and comfortable and it was easy to book activities through the delightful reception staff or online. We had the most wonderful stay, with many memorable experiences and with a few minor tweaks, it could have been perfect.

Where to start... Nusfjord is a lovely small fishermen village, with very tastefully designed and decorated cabins. The views are breathtaking, the staff is kind, helpful and multicultural, which brings on such interesting conversations! We had an amazing time here, from the relaxing sauna to the delicious food served both at dinner (Karoline is a showstopper) and breakfast. Waking up to such beautiful sights can only brighten your day. Will definitely be back to admire the beauty of the midnight sun!
