Loved the property and loved the location, very thoughtful laid out rooms. We were very comfortable. The cockatoos visiting in the morning were a bonus.

Needs a re-vamp. Off-season, so price for 5 star, but 4 star. Stingy on giving basics for number of people who stayed, I don’t want to bring my own linen when I pay for 5 star accommodation. Online pics show rooftop area but misled bc it’s only available for certain apartments, made it look like it was part of the facilities. Outdoor spa not heated enough for off-season winter. Overall good location, but cleanliness was only okay - not cleaning where you can’t obviously see, dust on side lamps pictures etc etc, light switches a bit grubby. musty smell when entered - should be aired out before we arrive. I liked tho r spaciousness and excellent layout, was 5 star probably at some point in the past, but not now - 4 star! And I don’t like 4 star, so was disappointing.
