This house is awesome for a large group of family and/or friends. Very spacious and clean. There are a number of communal areas (big living room, big dining suite, great sitting area on the deck as well as on the ground floor near the pool). The ground floor bedroom and living area was perfect for our son and family - the kids could do their own thing and be put to bed while the adults continued socilising upstairs without worrying about the kids waking up. The bottom area was great for our fur baby as well with plenty of cover and fencing. The pool was great, The location was great, quiet area and walking distance to the main street of Rainbow Beach.
