Resort Overview

Just a 5-minute walk to Phranang Cave beach on the peaceful East Railay Bay, this hotel offers 2 outdoor swimming pools and a fitness centre.

This resort has some real strengths. The rooftop pool is a standout feature, offering stunning views and a great place to unwind after a day exploring Railay. The buffet breakfast was generous and varied, and our room was a good size, providing a comfortable enough base in a truly spectacular location. Overall, it served us well for a few days of beachside relaxation.

We had high expectations given the price of the hotel for Thailand and the facilities listed but the execution/management is not up to the level that would be expected of auch resort. The staff is nice (like in all Thailand) but their approach to problem solving is not very good. We had issues with the deposit, the tour and the massage, all due to miscommunication or lack of detail. We did the Hong Island tour in which we felt "numbers". No care for a good service, safety is questionable and there is no "guide" from the guides apart from reminding you the time schedule. The spa and massages were great but 3x the price "of the road" (must say they have certified personnel with physiotherapy training which is good). The massage list and prices from the web did not match the ones in the spa itself...but they manage to compensate...breakfast is nice and has a bit of everything but the restaurant is not good at all. The rooms were big and very clean but we were in a deluxe double, next to the air conditioning which was extremely noisy.

The rooms are nice and clean, beautiful location. View from rooms breath taking. Breakfast was really good, a lot to choose from and all the personel very kind and helpful.

A great location central to Railay Beach with good facilities nearby and at the property itself. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and spacious with a nice balcony to relax on if you’re not soaking up the sun by one of the two swimming pools. Breakfast was included in my stay and there was a very good selection from the buffet. All in all a very relaxing couple of days in Railay thanks to Princess Resort. Would recommend.
