The resort offers chargeable shuttle services from the piers to the resort, and guests who wish to use the service must make an arrangement and confirmation with the resort in advance. Contact details are available in your booking confirmation.For the booking made from 6 May 2025 onwards, the Rates on 24 and 31 December 2025 include a compulsory Christmas's Eve gala dinner and New Year's Eve gala dinner as per room occupancy set up. Extra person will be additionally charged by the hotel for the compulsory Christmas's Eve gala dinner and compulsory New Year's Eve gala dinner.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Beautiful resort, a short walk from Walking Street. The Seaview room was just amazing and worth the extra cost. The breakfast was great and the staff very friendly and welcoming. We celebrated a birthday and the staff went out of their way to make it very special, thank you! Railey Beach is a lovely spot to visit for a few days.

From the start to finish of our five nights at Phutawan, we had THE best time of our two-week adventure across Thailand. Our room had a balcony looking out onto the cliffside, the pool area was out of this world and the breakfast was hands down the best of anywhere we stayed. The cocktail happy hours by the pool were superb and the food in the evening was so good that we didn't feel the need to go into town. Everything was just perfect. But what made it extra special were the staff, especially John, Lin and Auk. Simply the kindest, loveliest people we met while we were in Thailand. John's insights into the local wildlife and birds were just magical and they all made us feel so very welcome that it was actually quite sad to leave them. They are a credit to the Railay Phutawan Resort. We will definitely be back!
