The fine print
Railay Bay Resort & Spa offers a transfer service from Krabi International Airport at an additional charge. Guests are kindly requested to inform the property in advance if they wish to make use of this service. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.The resort can only be accessed by a long-tail boat. From Krabi Airport, guests will have to take a taxi to Ao Nam Mao Pier or Aonang Beach to catch a boat to Railay Beach. The resort is located next to the Railay Pier.Please note that the name of the guest on booking confirmation must be the same name as the credit card holder. Guest must present the same credit card used to guarantee the booking when checking in or making payment at the hotel. The hotel will collect a new payment if guests fail to present their credit card upon check-in.

Perfect location, perfect place to stay. I would choose this place over any 5 star hotel in phuket. Nothing beats its tranquility, uniqueness and ambience. My family of 11 people from age 11 to 76 absolutely loved our 2 nights here.

The location was breathtaking. We seemed to be the only hotel on the east side of the beach with sunloungers over looking the water. We saw all kinds of wildlife, beautiful dusky langur monkeys outside our room, pied hornbills… other monkeys and water monitors. We walked a short walk across to Phra Nang Beach through a beautiful cave walk way and it was stunning! The hotel room was clean, it came with a complimentary mini bar full of branded items such as coke, sprite, Pringles, snickers etc … The hotel seemed to be the only hotel offering gluten free breakfast items which was great for my partner. They offered bread, brownies and scones… Great value for money!
