The staff were very friendly and helpful both in reception and in the dining/breakfast room. Hotel location was good for walking access into centre of Ibla as well as easy access for public transport to Ragusa

Perfectly located between the two parts of Ragusa. We had a beautiful room with view towards a little stream deep below our balcony. Good parking options on a public parking space with direct admission to the lowest floor of the hotel, once you checked in. Breakfast was nice with friendly staff and good range of fruits and other items.

We stayed in the annexe in the King Spa room and it was one of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in. Large, comfortable and well located. The breakfast was great as well.
