The size of the apartment, the proximity to the town, 5minute drive to various ski slopes, plenty of free parking 100mtrs away, great facilities in the apartment, very well stocked with essentials.

The location, views. It is very clean and in winter it is warm in the apartment. Good contact with the owner.

The exterior was very nice, tradinitional austrian villa. The kitchen was very well equipped. The bathroom was renovated and very big.
