Location is great all you need is around. Accommodation is clean nice comfy and calm. In the kitchen you can find everithink you need.

Very good value for money. Loved it - perfectly clean, comfortable bed, kitchen has everything you need. Private parking and cherry on the cake - a bottle of red sparkling wine.

We stayed in Apartment 3, which is located on the second floor. It has three rooms, a separate small kitchen, and plenty of sleeping places. Each room has a TV (though we didn’t use them). We didn’t experience any noise from the road or anything similar, even though a tram passes right under the window. • Towels, dishes, a hairdryer, and a towel set for each guest are provided. • As I understand, it’s a tradition to give each guest a small gift upon check-in. A nice touch! • Everything is very clean and smells pleasant. No limescale on the faucets. • Getting to the city center is very easy by tram number 4. It departs from the stop near the Harley-Davidson salon and takes about 20 minutes to reach the very center. Tickets can be paid for by card on board (in case someone doesn’t know). The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. There’s a LIDL 350 meters away, Aldi a bit further, and also a REWE nearby. There’s also a small shopping center with a Kaufland and other stores.

The location was absolutley spotless,everything was shining, doors,furniture,floors,windows,appliances,bathroom ,well furnished and having all the amenities was amazing.The welcome drink ,a very nice touch from their behalf.Lidl store was 5 min walking. 20' min up to the City centre by tram(the stop is 2 min walking).t Thank you!

It was quite luxurious. The bed is very comfy, the kitchen is well equipped, and the bathroom is nice and clean. Overall, looks like apartament is in very good condition. The train and bus station are just a few meters from the apartments, a few minutes walk to the grocery store. Quiet neighbourhood.

The apartment was excellent - well furnished and clean. The location was great too because we could park our car and it is just a single tram to the city centre. In most sense the apartment was rather ideal. The checkin and checkout was also seamless using a lockbox.

The apartment is cozy and large enough, so we, as a group of friends. We could live here comfortably. Staff ( communication with booking) were helpful.

Very comfortable apartment with a good interior. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed. Everything is very clean and fresh. Upon arrival, you receive a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine from the host. Check-in instructions are clear and detailed. Free parking in the yard is also an advantage. The apartment is located close to the tram stop, making it quick and easy to get to the city center. There is also a large supermarket nearby. If we come next time to Dresden, will definitely stay here.

Clean and spacy apartment. Good location. Public transport stop in 50 meters. Tram goed directly to centrum. Goes all night. Supermarket and gasoline stations in 5 min distance. Cafee in same building. Private parking

Lovely apartment. Kitchen has everything you need. Private parking downstairs and an outdoor seating area. Lidl is a 5 minute walk away. A tram straight into the centre of Dresden leaves from outside the door of the apartments. Owner very nice and helped us with an issue we had with our car. Would definitely stay here again.
