Villa was simply perfect with the minimalistic (japanese) architexcture style. House was clean, everything important was prepared. Bonus was a small pool for relaxing. Victor (owner) was a very nicr guy always eager to help. 100% recommended!!

The house and garden are in excellent condition. The owner is very professional and sociable. Thanks to his advice, I discovered several first-class restaurants. And his advice on hiking turned out to be better than described in the guide. He knows a lot about the history of the Azores and its nature. I recommend him to everyone.

When I read in a review that the owner had sailed around the world with his wife, it was clear to me - I want to rent a house from this guy. My expectations were fulfilled. This is a wonderful place. I liked the surroundings. The owner managed to combine the minimalism of the concrete and glass building with the cozy furnishings of tropical countries. It turned out that the owner had lived on the yacht for many years and traveled the atolls of the Pacific Ocean. Now I realized where the South Sea flair came from in this beautiful house in the Azores.
