Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We got mint tea and snacks on arrival! The manager was very friendly with us and all the guests, created a really friendly environment for all the guests. Young Essam was really kind and helpful, looked after us very well and engaged well with our two youngsters. Essam was full of advice and we did everything he recommended. Our room was huge and beautiful and clean. A nice stay indeed in a beautiful city.

Everything was great! The host Issam was super kind, the location is very convenient, close to the Central Market and shopping streets, the breakfast was traditional and tasty (also a lot). Room was cleaned every day. We felt safe and very warmly welcomed. I fully recommend!
