Location, very clean, good amenities and good service. At the reception desk Ayoub and Nouhaila were always very helpful and responsive. Big thanks to Soukaina who did a great job making sure the room is always neat!

This apartment hotel was an awesome find at the very last moment. We were initially skeptical about booking it since it is about 15 minutes drive from the Medina and other attractions. However, we also needed a good night's sleep since we had arrived in Morocco just that morning and had long drives planned for the next few days. And we were going to enjoy Riad stays in Fes, Chebbi and Marrakesh. Choosing this instead of the Riads in the Medina therefore turned out to be a very good decision. We were able to cover the main attractions in Rabat during the day - Hassan Tower, Mausoleum of Mohammed V, Kasbah des Oudayas and the Medina - and then check-in to the hotel in the evening. After an appetizing dinner at a restaurant nearby we retired to bed early to be ready for a lovely journey across Morocco. The hotel is in a nice quiet neighbourhood, new property, very well maintained, clean and slick. There are many upscale restaurant options just a few minutes walk from the hotel and the hotel serves a fulfilling breakfast in the morning. Mr. Jalan, the manager of the restaurant is a model host and most courteous. He made us feel instantly at home. Whenever we visit Rabat again, Makass Appart Hotel is where we plan to stay without any doubt and hope to meet up with Mr. Jalan again!

Great standard of service. The appartement was great, it’s brand knew, I makes you want to buy it.. Both people from reception (Ayoub & Jamal I think) were very hospitable, I could borrow a power adapter that belonged to the staff member.. Chokran bezaf !

Apartment was fantastic from all aspects, staff was very friendly and helpful. Really deserve 5 stars rating. After staying there I have cancelled one of my other stays to book again in this place. Highly recommend for family or couples who likes a bit of independence with high quality services.

This hotel is great, it`s comfortable and well located. I was there for one week in the second week of December and everything was amazing. The appartments were clean and comfortable, nearbey theres a bunch of restaurants and café. The whole area is very clean and safe. The staff was were kind and helpful. I especially want to thank Galal for always helping me and my colleague. I will definitely come back. All the best, Stephanie
