Everything, we loved everything.The room was very big and beautiful. The staff was very professional.. Hiba, the front desk manager, gave us a room upgrade.Thank you.! Ayoub was so kind to print my flight tickets, and Sara spoke perfectly Italian. She did a quick check in for us. Thank you Hiba, Sara and Ayoub and to all the staff that made our staying wonderful.

The staff were lovely, so pleasant and helpful. Most also spoke English which was unexpected and very appreciated as my French is not great. Pool area is lovely, pool beds comfortable Decor is nice There were also a couple of cats around which I loved! Spa was incredible- I had a royal hammam and relaxing massage and it was the star of the stay
