Very friendly and helpful owner. Everything was described clearly - parking rules, garbage rules etc. 4 floors apartment just for you!!! Very well equipped including washing machine, laundry and dryer machines, iron, two coffee machines etc. In the heart of Rab old town but peaceful quiet at night. Close to the beach. Restaurants at the front door.

Very helpful and kind host, speaks english well. The apartment is in a great location, and it is well equipped. We were able to cook for ourselves. There is also a terrace with a view to both directions (one is the harbour with ships + sea and the other is the Belfry of St. Mary). The apartment has 3 floors plus the groundfloor. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with its own bathroom. On the first floor there is a bedroom plus another room with a single bed, and also a separate bathroom. The kitchen is on the second floor, and it has a living room area, and it's pretty big, On the third floor there is another living room and the terrace. It was big enough for us (4 persons). I absolutely recommend this place.
