Villa Honka is a beautiful cottage, perfectly tucked away from the noise of the city and surrounded by nature. The house, covered in snow, felt magical and offered stunning views of the frozen lake nearby, creating a truly peaceful and authentic winter experience. The location is ideal for anyone looking to disconnect and enjoy nature at its best. Additionally, the staff were extremely attentive and responsive. We faced a heater issue in one of the rooms, and the team came immediately and resolved it without any delay. Their prompt support made our stay very comfortable and worry-free.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Hidden Aurora Hut. It’s a little gem in a stunning, remote location. Arriving to everything covered in snow felt like stepping straight into a winter wonderland. We enjoyed peaceful walks around the area and to the frozen lake, surrounded by beautiful, untouched nature. The highlight for us was without a doubt the Northern Lights. Watching them from bed was unreal, and we were lucky enough to see them over three nights with zero light pollution. The cabin was spotless, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The sauna and jacuzzi were amazing and really topped off the experience. Just make sure you bring all your groceries with you, as it’s quite far from shops. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Jenna was fantastic — super helpful, quick to respond, and helped us with taxi arrangements and changes. We stayed in winter close to Christmas, and it was an unforgettable experience. We’d definitely come back when we return to Finland
