Good size room with, for me, a view of the sea, comfortable bed and chairs, incl desk area. on/off switch for hot water in bathroom. The apartments are in the Hyam Hotel building where there is a gym and pool ( extra charge) and a very impressive buffet breakfast (Good views from 41st floor - 199000 Dong in April 25). Ideal if you need to fill up before a long day. Beach good - just a small block away - Not 'Beach front'. Waves could be large. Good promenade and lots of restaurants nearby and some street food. Fruit and Veg market about 500m away.

What i like: excellent position, central to attractions and transport, walk to beach. The apartment is spacious, the couch is so-so. Soft furnishing is tasteful. Air cond works well. What i dislike: extermely hard bed (like a metal base covered with sheet). The kitchen has very limited utensils (we didn't cook but it would have been a challenge if we did): 1 glass is provided for 2 people, no cups or teaspoons for tea or coffee, no glass in bathroom, the kitchen tap is rusty and wobbly, only cold water (see picture), dishwashing liquid is provided in a container with no spout, the dishwashing sponge is astonishingly inadequate (if not disgusting; on request, the replacement is equally disgusting - see picture. I bought a new one as a example to the owner of what should be provided). The bathroom is probably the weakest link in an apartment otherwise reasonable: grit and mould in many places, the floor mat looks like it's been in service for several years, 1 toilet paper roll with no spare (would normally be fine except when one has diarrhea). I had great advice on local attractions from staff in other places we stayed at in Vietnam. Not in TMS Lee Xinh.

Very comfortable apartment with a lovely balcony overlooking the beach. Good location with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops nearby. The owner was easy to contact and always gave helpful replies. Highly recommend this apartment.
