We spent 2 days in El gouna then decided to go to Marsa Alam We found Novotel on booking with good price and good recommendations and we didn't regret it. the room was clean and tidy, the balcony was big and beach front the beach was magical it is rocky in the front but it is not for swimming at the beach, you just walk through the pier into the sea , wear a life jacket and snorkel mask , and you will surprised by the reef, fishes and Octopus even there is safari on the beach available twice every day, there restaurant was big, even if it is full of people , it is easy to get your food, the breakfast and dinner was very good ,food was of good variety and tasty on of the days the animation team did a very interesting and astonishing fireshow it was magical. Many thanks for the birthday cake and the birthday cards for my wife's birthday, we didn't ask for it , they surprised us at the room with a cake and card

I would like to extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to Mr. Mohamed Khamis, the Front Office Manager, for his excellent treatment and personal attention to the hotel guests. I would also like to express special gratitude to all the staff at the main restaurant for their outstanding efforts and high-quality service, which made our stay an unforgettable experience. This hotel is, without a doubt, a perfect example of excellence and quality.
