The hotel is located in the old town with just a short walk to Plaza Grande which is very convenient. The staff is very helpful and responded to our inquires swiftly. It’s very convient to communicate with the hotel by directly talk with the staff or wtite to them through WhatsUp. The reception is staffed day and night and it feels very safe. We enjoyed also the nice breakfast. The hotel prepared breakfast box for us when we needed to leave very early for a trip to the Amazon.

Beautiful bnb really cool set up. Staff were super nice and helpful. Good location, close to supermarkets, restaurants etc on of my fav places I have stayed

Staff (Emily and Ariel) were incredibly helpful and always responded positively to any query or request. Well done! We stayed several times at Mia Leticia and the rooms were always very clean.
