Excellent location in the heart of the historical centre. Miriam (the owner) was a delight and always ready to assist with making our stay more pleasant and memorable. The room was spacious, with a decent sized bathroom and small balcony. Breakfast was simple but sufficient, especially loved the fruit.

Everything about this family-run hotel was perfect. We received a message from Byron offering to arrange transport from the airport, so Oswaldo was waiting for us when we arrived in Quito. Our luggage was whisked directly to our room, and we were shown around the beautiful interior of the hotel. including the amazing viewing point on the roof. Byron gave us a recommendation for a nearby restaurant (Lavid) which was also excellent. The following morning we had a fantastic breakfast and met Mirian who was also lovely. When we left the hotel to travel back to the airport after exploring the city, Mirian gave us a couple of little souvenirs and hugged us goodbye. Wish we could have stayed longer!
