Fantastic location downtown Quito All family members and the staff were very kind Every morning at the breakfast they have a different fresh fruit juice and they explain you for the fruit and the advantages to eat each fruit

The staff was exceptionally helpful, arranging airport transfers, communicating with me in advance, making dining suggestions. I especially appreciated the location of the hotel, right in the Centro historico.

It was on the street with balcony doors. Large room with wooden flooring. Close to all shops and restaurants, Quito at night is all lit up and you can see the cathedral and other monuments. The people were fantastic, sorted out a pick up for my tour and organised a taxi for our trip to Mindo. Very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was fabulous eggs, fruit, toast and croissants with jam, delicious!

This hotel in the heart of Quito truly impressed me. As someone who loves history, I found the building’s rich and fascinating past very interesting. I especially enjoyed how Lucía, at breakfast, always explained which exotic fruit the juice was made from and shared an interesting fact about it. I must also highlight the receptionist, Luis, who was incredibly kind and helpful – whatever we asked for, he fulfilled with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Quito!
