The staff and service were excellent, the hotel and facilities had been carefully thought through and were well delivered. The Thermal Spa area was an underutilised delight. The apartment-style accommodation was well appointed and spacious.

Ella of Guest Relations went out of her way to ensure we had a room that suited us - top marks! We were also able to arrange late check-out, which was very useful. Breakfast was good, dinner in the restaurant was excellent (both with a good range of gluten-free options). Super room, comfortable bed, great shower.
