The property has several apartments. We stayed in Building B, in the Studio Le Chêne apartment. There is parking in the courtyard, which is a big advantage if you're traveling by car. The apartment is on the ground floor, with a view of the courtyard. It’s clean and has a kitchen. Unfortunately, the kitchen doesn’t have an oven—only a stovetop. From the property, it takes 25 minutes by bus to reach Disneyland and about 1 hour and 20 minutes to get to the center of Paris (by bus to Disneyland and then by RER train). The bus to Disneyland runs about four times an hour until 1 AM, and the ticket costs €2.50 per person (regardless of age). The bus stop is right in front of the house. There are also shops, a bakery, and more just 200 meters away. The area is quiet, which is very important. If I return to Paris, I would choose this accommodation again. Note: Be cautious about the other apartments on the property—we didn’t see them ourselves, but some guests staying in those had complaints. For us, staying in the Studio Le Chêne was an excellent experience.

We really enjoyed our stay! There were no issues with the check-in — the instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the electronic entry system was very convenient. The apartment is in a great location: there’s a bus stop right next to the building with a direct line to Disneyland, and it's also easy to reach the train station for quick access to central Paris. There’s a shop and a pizzeria just around the corner, which was super convenient. The apartment was very clean, with fresh towels, toilet paper, and all necessary kitchenware available. All electronics were working perfectly. A special thank you for the juice left in the fridge — arriving in the evening, it was a thoughtful and much appreciated gesture. The TV worked well (including access to YouTube), and we had no problems with the Wi-Fi. Communication with the host was easy and pleasant throughout our stay. Highly recommended! If we come back to Disneyland, we would definitely love to stay here again

This apartment is located in a small village perfect for anyone visiting Disneyland Paris. The bus stop is just outside the apartment, the buses are frequent and the whole trip is about 20 mins. The village has a few shops, a bakery and a few restaurants. The apartment was clean and was perfect for our stay. Easy check in and check out. Good quality for price.
