Great location, with a 30 minute bus ride to Disney. Basic groceries and bakery within 5 minutes walks, bigger shops within a short distance by car. Good space in the apartment, everything you need to cook and relax, good wifi. Private parking with no height limit (we had a campervan with a roof box, so great for us as most other options had a height limit for underground parking).

Close to Disneyland, you just need to take a bus, quiet place, Netflix available (important for families). Close to the grocery stores and the bus.
