Proactive communication on WhatsApp. Flexibility on my arrival time. Attention to details, clear instructions re. the access card and keys. Place perfectly clean and equipped. Well-organized check-in / welcome as if my own mother took care of things :) Some delicious local breakfast food items were offered upon arrival! Comes in handy when you're arriving tired or late for shopping and want to sleep in a bit the following morning.
